Summarise and remember key points
Make sure to save and remember the most useful results from a meeting, a workshop or a seminar. Do it in teams of up to 10 participants.
- Lay out a set of Magnum cards on the floor.
- Each participant finds one card symbolising the most important outcome of the meeting, workshop or seminar.
- All participants gather in a circle and take turns to tell the others about their cards.
- If a participant presents a point that somebody else had chosen, too, he/she must try to think of another important outcome. At first, he/she should try to present it with the support of the picture card he/she already has chosen. If this is not possible, he/she can choose another card.
In order to remember the most important results, all participants make a selfie with their picture card in front of their face. Write down the results under the picture that represents it. Print the photos and hang them on a wall for everyone to see and remember.

Innovation
Innovation is discovering, developing and applying new ideas in known workflows and processes. Give innovation a boost with images.
Brain
90% of the brain’s sensory input comes from visual sources. Images start thought tracks in the brain. If they cross each other in new combinations, new ideas emerge.
Creativity
Creativity unfolds when we use imagery and try to combine different and seemingly independent motifs with each other.
