Preparing for a session
Match your expectations before you start the coaching, supervision or counselling session.
- Lay out the Dialoogle picture cards in front of you.
- Choose a picture card each, representing the most important thing you hope to gain from the session.
- Explain your reason for choosing that particular card.
- Next, choose another picture card each, symbolising what you would like to contribute to the session.
- Explain your reason for choosing that particular picture card.
- Place the cards on the table as reminders of the aim and values you have established as being important to the session.
- If you have more than one session planned, you may choose to discuss the picture cards in each session: Do the images still represent what you hope to gain from the sessions? Should we choose new images? Why?
- Repeat the process if the need to choose new cards arises.

Innovation
Innovation is discovering, developing and applying new ideas in known workflows and processes. Give innovation a boost with images.
Brain
90% of the brain’s sensory input comes from visual sources. Images start thought tracks in the brain. If they cross each other in new combinations, new ideas emerge.
Creativity
Creativity unfolds when we use imagery and try to combine different and seemingly independent motifs with each other.
