Performance review goals

Match your expectations with the employee so you are both aware of the aim and values of the performance review before you begin.

  1. Lay out the Dialoogle picture cards in front of you.
  2. Choose one picture card each, representing the most important thing you hope to gain from the performance review.
  3. Explain why you have chosen this particular card.
  4. Afterwards, both of you choose another picture card, symbolising what you would like to contribute to the conversation.
  5. Explain why you have chosen this particular picture card.
  6. Place the chosen cards on the table and let them remind you of the objective and values of the performance review.

It may be a good idea to let the employee be the first to present his/her choices.

Innovation is discovering, developing and applying new ideas in known workflows and processes. Give innovation a boost with images.

90% of the brain’s sensory input comes from visual sources. Images start thought tracks in the brain. If they cross each other in new combinations, new ideas emerge.

Creativity unfolds when we use imagery and try to combine different and seemingly independent motifs with each other.
