Kick off a meeting with a simple process booster
Get off to a good start of a process with an easy, entertaining and useful exercise.
- Spread one or more decks of Magnum cards on the floor before people enter the room.
- As people arrive, ask them to walk around the room and look at the picture cards on the floor.
- When everybody has arrived, ask people to choose one card that expresses something about themselves, their expectations to the process or similar, which is relevant to the theme of the day and will create a common ground.
- When people have picked their cards, they take turns presenting them to the group.
The participants can also pair up, present their cards to each other and move on to meet new people until you stop the exercise.

Innovation
Innovation is discovering, developing and applying new ideas in known workflows and processes. Give innovation a boost with images.

Brain
90% of the brain’s sensory input comes from visual sources. Images start thought tracks in the brain. If they cross each other in new combinations, new ideas emerge.

Creativity
Creativity unfolds when we use imagery and try to combine different and seemingly independent motifs with each other.
