Instant meeting documentation
It is quick and easy to summarise the results and decisions of online sessions
1. When you close a digital meeting, you can create a PDF document with the pictures that represent what you and the participant(s) have agreed on. Multiple documents can be made if the meeting has included several topics.
2. You can provide the selected pictures with a heading and a caption note of up to 600 characters. You can also insert a logo or photo. At the bottom left, you can insert a reference.
3. Click the red arrow icon on a picture if you want to rotate, flip, remove or add text to it.
4. Click the “View selections” tab at the bottom of the browser window, and you can choose the pictures that you want to include in your meeting documentation. Do it by clicking the eye icon.
5. Click “Preview” to see the finished result. Transfer the document to your computer by clicking “Download”.
