A good start to the meeting
It is a good idea to match expectations before the beginning of a meeting in order to clarify the aim of the meeting for both parties.

- Explain the reason for choosing that particular card.
- Next, choose another picture card each, symbolising what you would like to contribute to the conversation.
- Explain your reasons for choosing that particular picture card.
- Place the cards on the table and let them remind you of the purpose and goal of the meeting.
