Step by step

1. Spread the Dialoogle cards in front of the two of you. Then ask the job candidate questions like:
2. “Please, choose a picture card that symbolises what you would like to get out of this job interview.”
3. “Please, pick three picture cards. One symbolising what you think about this job. Another one which illustrates how this job motivates you.
4. And finally, a picture expressing what you do not know about this job – and wish to hear more about.”
5. “Please, choose one or more picture cards which describe your motivation for applying for this job.”
6. “Pick a picture card which says something about how you can contribute to the team and the organisation.”
7. “Pick a picture card which symbolises your expectations to your new colleagues.”
8. “Choose two picture cards. One symbolising the dreams you had three years ago. And one which says something about your hopes and dreams for the coming three years.”
