Exercise

One for All – All for One

1. Place all the Dialoogle picture cards in front of the team.
2. The team members pair up and choose one card that says something about them both.
3. Allow time for everyone to choose a card.
4. Pair up with another couple and talk about your card.
5. Within this group, choose the card that says something about the four of you. Be ready to let go of the old argument in favour of new meaning!
6. Now, two teams of four pair up and repeat the exercise.
7. At the end, the whole team is assembled around one unifying card.
